PRIVACY

Dream Angel Pty Ltd ACN 066 070 433 (“Dream Angel” or “we” or “us” or “our”) is fully committed to respecting your privacy. PURCHASE

If you make a purchase using this website you are doing so using the terms and conditions set out above and below.  These terms and conditions incorporate the Dream Angel Website Terms and Conditions found at www.dreamangel.com.au/website so far as they are applicable to a transaction.

Full payment for products must be received by Dream Angel prior to delivery being made.  Prices may change up to the time of purchase.  Payment may be made by Visa or MasterCard.

DELIVERY

Delivery charges and estimated times will depend on where your product is being delivered.   Dream Angel delivers Australia-wide and delivery times vary depending on the items you order and your location. We use Australia Post who are cost effective and who have the largest distribution network in Australia.

Deliveries are Monday to Friday Australia-wide during standard business hours, excluding public holidays.

If you have any specific delivery requirements (including limited availability to accept delivery, delaying delivery etc.), please telephone to discuss your options or leave a comment in the comment fields at checkout and we will contact you.

Most orders within Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth metro are delivered within 7 to 12 working days. Delivery cost is $15 per delivery to addresses in those cities.

You must ensure correct delivery address and access details are provided to us. Dream Angel is not responsible for delivery of the product if incorrect address details are given by you.

We shall use all reasonable endeavours to meet the estimated delivery date; however you agree that Dream Angel is not and will not be liable for any loss or damage however it arises, if the products are not delivered by the estimated delivery date.

Products will only be delivered if a person aged over 18 years and able to accept delivery is at the delivery address. For all orders for which you have received formal tracking details, a card will be left and you are responsible for organising redelivery from the address identified on the card if delivery cannot be made because an appropriate person is not present.

RISK AND TITLE

All risk in Dream Angel products passes on delivery of the products to the customer or its nominated agent or representative. Title passes on delivery of the products to the customer and receipt by Dream Angel of full payment by either cash or clearance of funds into our bank account.

GENERAL

Products are for domestic use only unless otherwise specified. If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then that part shall be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that matches the intent of the original provision as closely as possible. The remainder of these terms and conditions shall continue to be enforceable and valid. These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales

DREAM ANGEL WARRANTY

Any warranty for the products that have been purchased in Australia by customers from Dream Angel (“Warranty”), provided by the manufacturer of the products to Dream Angel, will be passed on by Dream Angel to its customer. The benefits provided in any such Warranty are in addition to the rights and remedies of a consumer under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (“Australian Consumer Law”), and any other laws in relation to the products to which the Warranty relates. Dream Angel warrants the products against defects in the manufacture of the products for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

The Warranty will not apply if:

  1. repairs to a product are made or attempted by a service provider other than approved by the manufacturer or Dream Angel.
  2. the product has not been used or maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions as provided with the product; or
  3. the customer uses the product in an abnormal manner for example if the product is abused, misused, dropped, crushed, impacted with any hard surface, exposed to extreme heat (including fire) or cold, stained with any substances, not maintained properly or used after partial failure.
  4. the product has been modified, incorrectly adjusted, subjected to incorrect use or used in an inappropriate environment or with inappropriate materials.
  5. the product is tampered with in any way.
  6. the product’s serial number, as sewn on a label attached by the manufacturer, has been altered or removed from the product.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. To the extent that they are compatible with the consumer laws in Australia, the exclusions and provisos that apply to the manufacturer’s Warranty apply to the consumer guarantees.

CONSUMER GUARANTEE REMEDIES

If there is a failure with the product, you are entitled, at the election of Dream Angel, to:

  1. a refund of the cost of the product; or
  2. replacement of the product.

EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES:

Subject to the above, to the full extent permitted by law, all warranties, conditions and other terms express or implied by statute, custom or common law are excluded. Nothing contained in these terms and conditions excludes or restricts any consumer guarantee, warranty, condition, right or remedy implied by any statute (including the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot be excluded, provided that, to the extent that the statute permits, Dream Angel is entitled to limit its liability as set out above for a breach of a guarantee, condition or a warranty implied by that statute.

RETURNS POLICY

  1. Returns (exclusions apply, please see below)
  • Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • All returned items must be unused, undamaged, in original condition and in their original packaging. It is important to keep the original packaging.
  • To organise a return, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, by sending an email to sales@dreamangel.com.au including a picture of your product in its original packaging and we will be in touch with you with further details.
  • All refunds will be issued by bank transfer within one week of the goods having been received and inspected by our team.
  • You will receive a full refund less the inbound and outbound delivery costs associated with the returned goods.
  • If you have changed your mind and return the product to us, within 14 days of delivery, and the packaging has not been opened, we will refund the purchase price less any cost of delivery.
  1. Exclusions
  • Please note that under health legislation, all soft bedding items (including sheets, pillows, pillow cases, mattress toppers etc.) are non-refundable unless faulty. We encourage you to make your selection carefully prior to your purchase.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

To claim under a Warranty or a consumer guarantee, you must return the product for repair/inspection to Dream Angel, and pay for the associated costs (including any freight and insurance charges), unless these costs are significant in which case we will arrange for the product to be assessed either at your premises or ours at our cost. We will assess the product to determine the nature of the issue, whether you are entitled to a remedy, and in the case of a failure, the remedy that will be made available to you. Before a claim will be processed we require proof of purchase from you (that is, the original invoice, sales docket receipt or another acceptable form of proof of purchase).

  • If any product you receive is damaged or faulty through no fault of your own, it will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion and at no cost to you.
  • If you notice any damage to your goods at the time of delivery, please notify our delivery driver AND customer service personnel on sales@dreamangel.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. It is important that you open the goods within 48 hours as we will be unable to accept any claims after that time frame.
  • Please also make sure you return the damaged goods together with its original packaging within 3 weeks of delivery of the goods.

YOUR PROCEDURE:

STEP 1 – Please take pictures of the damage including any damage to the packaging.

STEP 2 – Email those pictures to sales@dreamangel.com.au. To ensure a quick resolution, please include your order reference and any helpful information to help identify the damage.

STEP 3 – Please return the damaged goods together with its original packaging within 3 weeks of delivery of the goods.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Dream Angel customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. In the event that something has gone wrong with your Dream Angel experience, we would like to hear from you.

In the first instance telephone Dream Angel, and explain the problem with the item or service. Keep notes of your contact with Dream Angel, such as:

  • name of the person you spoke to;
  • date of your meeting or phone call;
  • the content of your discussion.

Dream Angel will do its utmost to respond to your query within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays), and will endeavour to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Please allow for enough time to make arrangements for a remedy.

Care Information

Dream Angel has designed these care instructions to be used as a guide to enable years of satisfaction from your pillows.

In your care of your pillow we recommend that you:

  • Sponge clean with a damp cloth only; and
  • Dry and air thoroughly before use

Do not dry-clean or immerse in water.  Liquid spills should be immediately wiped off.

Dream Angel recommends that every pillow be fitted with the correct size pillow protector. Materials used in the pillows are designed to conform to your head, neck, shoulders or your body’s individual shape. Indentations from use are a normal occurrence and indicate that the pillow layers are performing as they should. Regular turning and rotating provides uniform wear to each side of the pillow and adjusts the sleeping surface evenly to prolong pillow life. ________________________________________
